Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 47000 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 47000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility. Notify the 47000 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication for added security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 47000 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without prior approval from 47000.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activities or financial fraud.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content through our communication platforms.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, withholding of associated funds, and legal action where necessary. 47000 reserves the right to take any measures it deems appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform.
4. Payments, MYR Transactions & Account Policies
All transactions on the 47000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using available local payment methods, including e-wallets and online bank transfers. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and governed by the platform's current policies.
Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same name as your 47000 account. 47000 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen payment method.
47000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Identity verification failed or fraudulent documents detected.
- Suspicious activity or conduct inconsistent with these terms is detected.
- Account inactive beyond the specified period.
- Account closure requested by the user.
For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining funds may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. 47000's decision regarding the disbursement of funds in such circumstances is final.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 47000 platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 47000 shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions or scheduled maintenance.
All content on the 47000 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 47000 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from 47000.
The 47000 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. Such links do not imply that 47000 endorses or takes responsibility for the content of those websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
47000 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. That said, we endeavour to inform users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email.
The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the currently active version of these terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 47000 platform.
